Wellness terms
These terms set the shared expectations for using Ziva safely, respectfully, and within its role as a general wellness platform.

Wellness service, not medical care
Ziva provides general wellness education, guided practices, progress tools, and community features. Ziva does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition and does not replace a physician, pelvic health clinician, mental health professional, or emergency service.
Stop any activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms. Seek qualified care for symptoms, questions about a condition, pregnancy or postpartum recovery, surgery, or whether an activity is appropriate for you. Contact local emergency services for urgent or life-threatening concerns.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell Ziva through the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Safe and respectful use
- Use Ziva only for lawful, personal wellness purposes.
- Do not harass others, share another person’s private information, impersonate someone, or post dangerous or misleading health claims.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access and security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not use coach or community features for emergencies, diagnosis, prescriptions, or professional medical decisions.
- Respect moderation decisions and the safety boundaries shown in the product.
Memberships and billing
Current prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Paid memberships renew for the displayed period until canceled. You can cancel through the store or payment account used to subscribe; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Taxes, refunds, and store billing rules may depend on your location and purchase platform. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Content and permissions
Ziva and its licensors own the service, branding, software, and educational materials. Ziva grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while you follow these terms.
You retain rights in content you submit. You give Ziva permission to host, process, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and as described in the privacy notice.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve, pause, or be discontinued. We work to keep Ziva reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Updates may be required for security or compatibility. If a material change affects a paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy when required by applicable law.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Ziva and request account deletion at any time. Ziva may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Ziva is provided on an “as available” basis and general wellness results are not guaranteed. Individual bodies, symptoms, and outcomes vary. Ziva is not responsible for decisions made in place of appropriate professional care.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude consumer rights, liability, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Continuing to use Ziva after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, except where additional consent is required. Questions can be sent through the public contact page or in-app support.
