Accessibility
A calmer experience should be an accessible one.
Ziva is working toward an experience people can perceive, understand, navigate, and use in the way that fits them.

Our approach
Ziva is designed to support a wide range of bodies, devices, and ways of interacting. Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement, not a one-time checklist. We aim to follow current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and test key journeys with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, high contrast, and reduced motion.
Features available today
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive link text on public pages.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls.
- Visible focus behavior and color combinations designed for readable contrast.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text enlargement.
- Reduced animation when your device requests reduced motion.
- Text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful interface icons.
Known limitations
Some interactive wellness visualizations and early demo portal features may not yet communicate every visual detail equally through assistive technology. We are continuing to improve chart descriptions, live exercise cues, error messaging, and testing across mobile assistive technologies.
Third-party payment or app-store experiences have their own accessibility support and may behave differently from Ziva.
Feedback and support
If something prevents you from using Ziva, use the public contact page or in-app support and include the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and what you were trying to do. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will use the details to investigate and prioritize an accessible path.
